What’s in the box? (an unboxing)

No heads in this box

I know there is a bit of an online perversion to look at what is inside of a box, so with the arrival of a new box, who am I to kink shame; here is my first unboxing.

100% Recycled 100% Recyclable 100% of the time

So here is the box from Wex. Coming in at 28.5 x 21.5 x 22cm, handling it is a premium experience. The box itself is fully recycled, compact, clean, minimal with no over-the-top branding, as we have now come to expect from the UK packaging supplies company “Loop by Lightning”. Providing “excellent alternatives to plastic packaging” and describing their products as “wholly or mostly from recycled material and are all 100% recyclable” the box is pure, raw corrugation.

Wex and Loop by Lightning put protection first

Opening it up, and listen carefully here [imaginary crisp cardboard sound] you’re greeted by recycled paper padding. Two sheets. About 100 x 50cm each. Simple. No extra fluff. Just clean, effective protection. It’s not flashy, but it gets the job done.

Two pads, one mission

Well that’s about it! I think I covered everything, there is nothing else of interest really. I guess I could add a bit on the tape the box was sealed with, or the contents being a Ricoh GRIV, but I know that’s not what you all came for.

Hope you enjoyed this unboxing. Please comment, like, subscribe and tick the bell icon for more…cardboard.
